What a start to our first full day here in the Mid-Atlantic! Today was a special day as it was the Lord’s Day (Sunday). The day started with our hosts cooking a delicious breakfast for us before we made our way to the Church in Piscataway to join in on their sweet worship of the Lord on a beautiful Sunday morning. ☀️After lunch we went to Montclair and wow I had a really buttery, flaky, fluffy croissant! 🥐 We browsed around and then proceeded to our next destination: Liberty State Park (spoiler we saw the Statue of Liberty 🗽!) After a refreshing walk and game of tag amongst college students, we had dinner hosted in the homes of several saints. It was awkward at first but conversation sparked up just like we prayed for before eating. We had a time to reminisce and reflect on our personal walk with the Lord and how He called us and infused us with His life, personally. Having to share my testimony and answer so many questions regarding my faith journey to the people I meet has enabled me to revel in all that God has done in my life and I couldn’t be more joyous and grateful. 💟
Can’t wait to keep taking more selfies and blending with more lovers of Jesus!

When in the church, in blest participation,
I see how millions Thine own life possess,
How they are built to form Thy habitation,
Containing Thee, Thy fulness to express;
We began our morning with the Lord’s Table (Sunday morning meeting), fellowshipping with the saints in Piscataway. The corporate enjoyment of the Lord was very precious, and it was refreshing to hear the saints overflow their enjoyment of the Lord from this past week. It was sweet to see how, no matter where we are—whether in Northern California or New Jersey—we are one body, enjoying the same Lord!
After the Lord’s Table, we visited Montclair and stopped by a cozy local coffee shop called Paper Plane Coffee Company. I tried a coconut matcha, which tasted a bit funny at first, but after adding seven sugar packets, tasted much better! Next, we headed to Liberty State Park and got to see the Statue of Liberty. I was especially excited to run into Melody, a second grader from Nutley—she and I are best friends now! :) We wrapped up the day with some sweet fellowship over a delicious dinner with our hosts from hospitality. Thank You, Lord, for such a blessed Spring Break trip!

This morning I joined the Church in Piscataway for Lord’s Table. The saints kept on expressing how happy they were to have us in town. I was really cherished by each one’s portion, seeing their service in all the big and small gatherings with us.
At night we went to brother Shepherd’s place for dinner with several other saints in Piscataway. The food was FIRE. It was so sweet to hear all the ones experiences in the churchlife of Piscataway. Later we went outside to sing songs in the bonfire. Even though it was cold and smokey, the spirit in us joined with one another and poured out with psalms and praises to the Lord.
Praise the Lord for the Church in Piscataway!
